AMC has the second largest share of the American market, behind Regal Entertainment Group and ahead of Cinemark Theatres, with 339 locations, and with 1 in Manchester, United Kingdom, 1 in Dunkirk, France, two in Hong Kong and along with 86 Wanda theatre locations in mainland China, home of its corporate parent. AMC previously operated theaters in Canada, Japan, South Korea, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
